.I believe I found the BEST! I had a complicated sale and knew I needed to find a true expert willing to take on the challenges of a home caught up in probate. Since I was not from the area I did an extensive search and had it narrowed down to a handful realtors and realtor teams. Each review I read made it clear that Laurie Abney had the experience, volume, toughness and high-end boutique customer service to take the pressure and worry of selling this home off of my shoulders and also work hard to get the maximum price. I chose Laurie and immediately she went to work. I live in another state so I relied on Laurie to handle…everything! Packing and Moving Out, Cleaning, Landscaping and Repairs just to get the home ready to show. Laurie was on top of it! She even made friends with the neighbors who were convinced I’d found the best realtor in Arizona! The probate process took months longer than expected and Laurie was patient and helpful. She coordinated and communicated with our Trust and Probate Lawyers. I’d say one of the things I appreciated the most was the consistent and thoughtful communication throughout the entire process. I knew we were dealing with complicated issues and that there were many hurdles to jump but I didn’t have to jump them…in fact I didn’t even have to know about them until they were already solved! Laurie positioned this home perfectly in the market. It takes a lot of experience and to really have your finger on the pulse to really maximize the price point yet still generate demand. The home had interest and offers right away and we closed in just a few weeks. I know Laurie handles many transactions at a time and that she buys/sells homes at much higher price points but she made me feel like I was her only client and selling my house was her number one priority!
